Baby Blum and Mamma Blum at NYU Graduation!

Here's the thumb sucking sonogram. Or at least that's what our Dr said
was going on.

13 weeks

We had our doctor's appointment tonight and got to see the little guy again! (By the way, I am just going to refer to the baby as "he" because it is easier and better than "it".) We could see the heart beating and it was so cute because at one point he was sucking his thumb. Whoa, I didn't know they did that yet! Oh, and by the way- his legs are SOOOO long! I guess there is no surprise there, but oh my god we got a tall boy growing in there. I guess I should prepare for some serious kicking in my future. All in all, things look good so far.

Hi all,

It has been so amazing to get all your sweet notes and congratulations. It really is such an exciting time for us and it makes us so happy to be able to share it with all of you. I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday, so hopefully we can upload another picture of the ultrasound. It is so cool to be able to see the baby's growth, even when it is so little. So, stay tuned...
